Collaborating with the great chefs at Kwei Fei, we created a toasted sesame rice lager for their fantastic spicy Szechuan dishes. Rice provides for a light beer with a crisp dry finish. Toasted sesame seeds provide a subtle nuttiness on the nose and finish. Enjoy as a reprieve from a hot spicy dish or on its on own on a hotĀ day.
